A fast-growing, venture-backed AI startup is hiring an AI Engineer to help build enterprise-grade agentic AI systems for some of the world's largest financial institutions. This is an opportunity to join an early engineering team building production AI applications that automate complex financial workflows end-to-end. You'll work directly with customers and founders to design, build, and deploy AI systems that solve real business problems at scale.
What You'll Do:
- Design and build production AI applications from 0→1
- Develop agentic AI systems that automate complex enterprise workflows
- Work directly with enterprise customers to understand business processes and translate them into AI-powered products
- Build and deploy scalable AI solutions using Python and modern cloud infrastructure
- Own projects end-to-end, from architecture and implementation through deployment and iteration
- Partner closely with founders and customers to rapidly ship impactful features
What You Bring:
- 7 years of software engineering experience
- 2 years building production AI applications, agentic AI systems, or LLM-powered products
- Strong Python engineering skills with experience building production software
- Experience working at a leading technology company or high-growth startup
- Comfortable working directly with customers and translating business needs into technical solutions
- Strong ownership mentality with a track record of shipping high-quality products in fast-paced environments
