The Electrical Field Operations Manager (Tampa, Florida) is responsible for leading and enforcing production control across all electrical construction projects. This role serves as the operational bridge between estimating, project management, and field execution, ensuring labor performance aligns with bid assumptions, WBS structure, and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead superintendent production control, enforcing WBS-based labor tracking, daily goal setting, and earned hour reporting
- Ensure accurate assignment and measurement of daily crew production goals tied to estimated quantities and labor hours
- Oversee and enforce detailed 3-week look-ahead schedules aligned with contract schedules, labor budgets, and actual progress
- Monitor labor productivity trends, identify overrun risks early, and implement corrective action plans
- Conduct regular jobsite visits to review production performance, crew efficiency, and schedule adherence
- Collaborate with estimating and project management to align field execution with estimate assumptions and cost codes
- Provide executive leadership with weekly labor performance reporting, forecasts, and profitability risk analysis
- 10 years of electrical construction experience
- 5 years managing field operations, superintendents, or large field teams
- Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods, labor productivity management, and cost control
- Experience with construction scheduling, WBS structures, and cost coding systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and hold field leadership accountable
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience interpreting labor performance metrics
- Proficiency with Trimble Accubid, Trimble Vista, Excel, and labor tracking systems
