We are seeking a technical Marketing Operations Manager to own the end-to-end technical infrastructure of our agency and our clients. The primary focus is the architecture, implementation, and optimization of the Zoho One suite. You will be responsible for turning marketing strategies into automated, scalable workflows that drive lead generation and client conversion.
- Zoho One Architecture: Full administration of Zoho CRM, Zoho Flow, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Forms, and Zoho Analytics to support client growth.
- Automation & Workflows: Designing and maintaining complex automation (Blueprints, Workflows, and Deluge scripting) to streamline lead management and follow-ups.
- Web & CRM Integration: Integrating WordPress-based landing pages and funnels with Zoho CRM for seamless lead capturing and tracking.
- Performance Dashboards: Utilizing Zoho Analytics to build real-time reporting for clients, providing deep insights into ROI and campaign performance.
- Process Optimization: Auditing existing client funnels and implementing Zoho-based improvements to maximize operational efficiency.
- Expert-level knowledge of the Zoho One ecosystem (Certification is a plus).
- Proven experience in API integrations and automation tools (Zoho Flow/Zapier).
- Experience building and optimizing digital marketing funnels for professional services (Legal, Medical, SaaS).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
- B.S. in Marketing, Business, or a related technical field.
