As a Part-Time Guest Services Associate at GolfSuites Baton Rouge, you are the first and last impression for our guests. You’ll play a key role in creating an outstanding guest experience by greeting guests, assisting with bay assignments, managing waitlists, answering questions, and ensuring guests feel welcomed, informed, and taken care of throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service from arrival to departure
- Manage guest check-ins, waitlists, and bay assignments efficiently
- Answer questions about GolfSuites offerings, promotions, and policies
- Assist guests with reservations, events, and general inquiries
- Communicate effectively with management and team partners to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest-facing areas
- Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate
- Uphold GolfSuites standards for safety, service, and hospitality
- Walk guests to their bays
- Open availability preferred!!!
- Friday-Sunday Availability is required.
- Demonstrated energy and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills

- Ability to work in varying weather conditions for extended periods
