As we grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Staff Accountant to help manage our financial operations and keep our numbers accurate, organized, and actionable.If you love clean books, efficient systems, and working with a fast-growing company, we’d love to meet you.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting functionsMaintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks OnlineProcess accounts payable and accounts receivableReconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and financial statementsPrepare and maintain monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)Assist leadership with budgeting, forecasting, and financial trackingTrack project costs and support cost-of-goods reportingManage vendor payments and maintain organized financial documentationSupport payroll coordination and expense trackingAssist with preparation of financial data for tax filings and CPA reviewEnsure financial data accuracy and identify discrepancies quicklyQualifications3 years experience in bookkeeping or accountingStrong proficiency in QuickBooks OnlineExperience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliationsStrong understanding of financial statements and accounting principlesExtremely detail-oriented and organizedComfortable working with spreadsheets and financial reporting toolsStrong communication skills and ability to work directly with leadershipAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesPreferred ExperienceQuickbooks MasterExperience in construction, manufacturing, or project-based businessesFamiliarity with job costing or project costingExperience supporting fast-growing companiesExperience with payroll platforms or expense management toolsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceOpportunities for growth as the company scalesCollaborative and entrepreneurial work environmentDirect exposure to business operations and decision-makingThe opportunity to help build a category-defining companyCompany DescriptionAt GolfSheds, we’re reinventing the way people experience golf at home.
