Role Description
- Develop market channels and drive sales of company products, executing and achieving the company’s annual sales targets;
- Participate in company-required training programs and activities, and accept guidance and supervision from direct managers;
- Conduct regular client visits, build strong relationships, and maintain long-term partnerships;
- Comply with company policies and procedures, and submit regular market analysis reports and monthly work summaries.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication, learning ability, and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrates a proactive mindset, strong work ethic, and the ability to execute tasks efficiently and independently.
- Alignment with the company’s culture and long-term development vision;
- Prior experience in a startup environment (from early-stage to scaling phase) and/or experience working with golf courses is a strong plus.
