What You’ll Do
- Deliver Friendly, Personalized Support: Engage with customers via phone, chat, and email to answer questions, resolve issues, and guide them through their order experience.
- Champion the Customer: Be the voice of the customer by reporting recurring issues, sharing feedback, and helping to improve internal processes.
- Support Order Fulfillment: Monitor and manage pending orders to ensure they move smoothly through production and deliver on time.
- Stay Solutions-Focused: Approach every interaction with optimism, empathy, professionalism, and a drive to find the best outcome for our customer.
- Go Above and Beyond: Look for opportunities to exceed expectations and create memorable experiences that build trust and long-term loyalty.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers, order systems, and CRM tools
- A passion for helping people (golf knowledge is a plus!)
