Key Responsibilities
- League & Lesson Program Development
- Design seasonal league structures (team, solo, youth, adult) with scoring rules and prizes.
- Build scalable lesson formats and coach playbooks that integrate simulator tech.
- Coordinate onboarding and SOPs for franchise staff and teaching pros.
- Tournament & Event Planning
- Conceptualize and structure monthly tournaments and special competitions.
- Develop formats that drive participation and can be replicated across locations.
- Collaborate with tech teams to manage registration, scoring, and in-bay experience.
- In-Venue Activation & Traffic Drivers
- Brainstorm ways to bring people into venues through unique programming (e.g., themed nights, food pairings, brand collabs).
- Align with marketing on promotions, digital materials, and social rollout.
- Track performance and share learnings across the franchise network.
- Membership & Retention Strategy
- Help develop and refine tiered membership models based on player needs and usage trends.
- Propose member benefits, referral mechanics, and exclusive content offerings.
- Assist with documentation and pilot programs to test new concepts.
- Cross-Team Communication & Launch Support
- Work across departments to ensure programs are technically feasible and properly promoted.
- Write playbooks, checklists, and SOPs for new programs, ensuring smooth handoff to franchisees.
- Help coordinate venue rollouts and track real-world execution.
- Strong interest in golf, hospitality, and creating community-driven experiences
- Organized and collaborative, able to manage multiple projects with various stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable ideating programs and also detailing how to launch them successfully
- Proactive, creative, and eager to learn how to scale player experiences
- Experience planning events, running leagues, or working at a golf facility
- Familiarity with Golf Genius or registration tools (or excited to learn)
- Exposure to marketing strategy, customer programs, or hospitality operations
- Comfort with docs, spreadsheets, project tools like Monday.com, and basic design tools like Canva
- Direct mentorship from leadership and involvement in real strategic decisions
- Experience launching golf leagues, events, and lesson programs that reach real customers
- Visibility into startup growth, player retention, and franchise operations
- Cross-functional collaboration across tech, marketing, and venue teams
- This role offers an hourly wage of $15-$20.
