Responsibilities
- Greet and assist park visitors with information about park amenities, events, and activities
- Handle cash transactions accurately for entry fees, rentals, or concessions
- Manage events held within the park, ensuring all logistics are executed smoothly
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance visitor satisfaction and address any inquiries or concerns
- Monitor park areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Engage with children and families to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Collaborate with team members to resolve conflicts and ensure a positive environment for all guests
Requirements
- Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred
- High School Diploma
- 18
- Strong cash handling skills to manage transactions effectively
