Golf Teaching Professional & Business Development Lead

Golf Haven is Baton Rouge’s premier indoor golf sanctuary, offering a luxury, year-round golf experience powered by Trackman technology. Featuring five private simulator bays, we provide a premium environment for instruction, player development, corporate events, leagues, and year-round play.

We’re seeking a passionate, relationship-driven Golf Teaching Professional to become the face of instruction at Golf Haven. This role is ideal for someone who loves teaching the game while also helping grow Golf Haven’s presence throughout the Baton Rouge community.

In addition to delivering exceptional instruction, the ideal candidate is comfortable building relationships with local businesses, networking within the community, and helping introduce golfers and organizations to everything Golf Haven has to offer. This includes promoting corporate memberships, private events, leagues, and group outings, with commission opportunities available for qualified business generated through your efforts.

What You’ll Do

Teaching & Player Development

    •    Deliver high-quality private and semi-private golf instruction.

    •    Utilize Trackman technology to provide data-driven coaching and measurable player improvement.

    •    Develop lesson packages, clinics, junior programs, ladies’ clinics, and player development programs.

    •    Create an exceptional experience for golfers of all ages and skill levels.

Business Development

    •    Represent Golf Haven throughout the Baton Rouge community.

    •    Build relationships with local businesses and organizations.

    •    Promote Golf Haven’s corporate memberships, private events, and group outings.

    •    Help grow memberships through community outreach and networking.

    •    Participate in local events and community engagement to increase awareness of Golf Haven.

Qualifications

    •    PGA of America Professional or Associate (not required but preferred)

    •    Experience delivering private golf instruction.

    •    Strong knowledge of Trackman technology.

    •    Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

    •    Comfortable networking and presenting to businesses and organizations.

    •    Self-motivated, professional, and passionate about growing the game of golf.
