Bar and Service Shift Lead

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused, service-oriented, experienced bar and service leads.

Responsibilities

· Provide exceptional bar and service operations, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness

· Greet customers and provide excellent service in a timely fashion

· Guide guests through the indoor golf experience, including assistance moving from driving range mode to course and game modes, changing courses, etc.

· Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly

· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies

· Receive orders from guests and waitstaff

· In-depth knowledge of all products behind bar including wine, beer, spirits, and cocktails

· Prepare and serve liquor, mixed-drinks, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks as ordered in a timely manner

· Prepare and serve food

· Maintain bar and follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines and standards

· Ensure guests are of legal drinking age by checking photo IDs

· Collect and process payments from guests for drinks, food served, and bay rentals

· Use proper judgment and, when necessary, refuse service to patrons who are intoxicated and/or disruptive

· Answer phone calls, guest questions, provide information, and take bay bookings

· Complete bar logs, checklists, and communicate timely with owners

· Handle busy service independently and professionally

· Perform other duties as assigned by owners

Skills

· Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

· A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer experiences

· Well-organized with ability to take and place beverage and/or food orders accurately and efficiently

· Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with unruly and/or argumentative patrons

· Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking and solving problems quickly

· Ability to operate POS and booking systems

Qualifications/Education:

· High school diploma or GED

· TIPS Certification, or other equivalent bar service certification

· Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays
