What are the responsibilities and job description for the SERVICE ADVISOR/SERVICE WRITER position at GOLF CARS OF HOUSTON?
We are a large golf car company that is growing and is in need of a qualified service writer for our retail service department located at our North Houston store ( beltway and 45).
The right candidate will have attention to detail from the beginning process of taking the customers car in, diagnosis, repair and finally to collect payment and coordinate pick up and/or delivery of the car.
Communication with the customer throughout this process is a very important part of this position. This way we can ensure that the customer knows what to expect and we are able to manage those expectation properly. While accurately documenting each customer conversation or e-mail in our internal system.
The right candidate will be able to sell service, parts and PM services to our customers, ensuring we have the proper repair and maintenance for each car.
There is a goal set each month which is very attainable, along with hitting said goal there is a bonus that goes along with this.
The right candidate will aspire to move up with in the company and will work towards that goal by providing the best customer experience possible and exceeding expectations.
