Duties
- Greet guests warmly and take their beverage orders with attention to detail.
- Serve drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety.
- Assist with food preparation when necessary, including garnishing and plating.
- Ensure all beverages are prepared according to company standards and health regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces.
- Refill supplies as needed and restock bar inventory during shifts.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on drinks and menu items to enhance guest experience.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
- Uphold food safety standards and sanitation procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service, especially within fine dining, banquet, catering, or hospitality environments.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.
- Knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and hygiene practices.
- Experience working as a bartender or barista is preferred but not required; relevant training will be provided if necessary.
- Ability to serve alcohol responsibly following legal requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in the hospitality industry.
