This family business has been printing custom golf balls since the 1980's and we are the world's largest mini golf supplier We sell Top-Tier Quality golf balls with a huge variety of custom (100% print coverage) on our one-of-a kind golf balls.
Operations Manager - Job Overview
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on the assembly line to ensure efficient production flow.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the manufacturing facility.
- Operate forklifts and hand tools safely to transport materials and assist in assembly tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control measures throughout the production process.
- Train and mentor new employees on equipment operation and assembly techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a manufacturing facility, particularly in a factory setting
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of assembly line processes
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools
- Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with safety protocols in manufacturing and assembly operations
