This family business has been printing custom golf balls since the 1980's and we are the world's largest mini golf supplier! We sell Top-Tier Quality golf balls with a huge variety of custom (100% print coverage) on our one-of-a kind golf balls.
Sales Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our Sales Team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record in sales. You will play a crucial role in managing accounts, demonstrating products, and developing new business opportunities with local golf courses and driving ranges. We are looking at base salary plus commission to be discussed in the interview!
Duties
- Manage and grow existing client accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.
- Develop and implement territory management strategies to maximize sales potential.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to set goals and develop strategies for achieving targets.
- Engage in inside sales activities, including cold calling and following up on leads.
- Participate in business development initiatives to expand market reach and increase brand awareness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of territory management principles.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience with technology sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to conduct effective product demos that engage potential customers.
