Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to organizational standards and policies
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership to develop and implement clinical initiatives and strategies
- Conduct bedside evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of organizational policies and procedures
- Minimum Years of Experience: 0 years of experience as a Regional Nurse Consultant, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing leadership or clinical practice
- Level of Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Additional Requirements: Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or home care settings
