Role Description The Marketing Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Orange, TX, with flexibility for some work from home. This role focuses on developing and executing marketing strategies that support GoldTex’s multi-trade services and strengthen brand presence across industrial, commercial, and municipal markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing customer segments, and identifying opportunities for growth. The Marketing Specialist will create and manage content for digital and traditional channels, coordinate campaigns with sales teams, and track performance metrics to optimize outreach. This individual will also support customer communications, assist with proposals and presentations, and collaborate with operations leadership to ensure marketing materials accurately reflect field capabilities and standards.
