Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in Toms River, NJ, with the flexibility to perform some tasks remotely. As a Real Estate Agent, responsibilities include assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting real properties, conducting property showings, negotiating contracts, and building lasting client relationships. The role also involves staying updated on market trends, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the Goldstone Realty team to enhance brand visibility and business growth.
Qualifications
- Possession of an active Real Estate License
- Strong skills in Customer Service and maintaining client relationships
- Knowledge and expertise in Real Estate, including Sales and Real Property
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Experience in marketing or brand development is a plus
- Familiarity with the New Jersey real estate market is advantageous
