Litigation Associate

Goldstein LePore LLC is seeking a motivated attorney to join our busy and growing practice in Livingston, New Jersey. We represent owners and property managers of multifamily apartment buildings in a wide range of matters arising from ownership and operation of their properties. This includes landlord tenant and eviction actions, as well as other related litigation.

You will take on meaningful responsibility, sharpen your courtroom skills, and work on a varied caseload in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. If you are organized, hardworking, and confident thinking on your feet, we would like to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Represent property owners and managers in landlord-tenant and related litigation matters.
• Manage cases from initial review through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Appear in court and communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.
• Balance multiple deadlines while delivering responsive, high-quality legal work.

What We’re Looking For

• Active New Jersey Bar license required.
• Strong writing, advocacy, organization, and time-management skills.
• Sound judgment and the ability to think on your feet.
• A dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented approach.
• Landlord-tenant experience is a plus, and attorneys with relevant litigation experience are encouraged to apply.
• Attorneys with significant experience will also be considered.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $70,000–$100,000 per year, commensurate with experience
