We are expanding our Software Development Division and seeking a high-performing Blockchain Developer to join our distributed team of software developers, analysts, and blockchain specialists.
Position Overview
We are looking for a talented and motivated Blockchain Developer to join our growing tech team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing, testing, and deploying blockchain-based applications and solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with Front end/back end developers, data scientists and digital asset managers to design, implement, and maintain blockchain systems our company uses.

Responsibilities
- Blockchain Development: Design, develop, and deploy blockchain-based solutions and applications using platforms like Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot, or other relevant blockchain frameworks.
- Smart Contract Development: Write, test, and deploy smart contracts using languages such as Solidity, Vyper, or Rust (depending on your stack).
- System Design & Architecture: Contribute to the architecture of distributed applications and blockchain systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Integration: Integrate blockchain solutions with existing company systems and third-party applications (APIs, oracles, wallets, etc.).
- Security & Auditing: Conduct security audits on blockchain systems and smart contracts, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending solutions to improve the system's integrity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Assets, Design, Senior Staff, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of blockchain technologies into the company's products and services.
- Research & Innovation: Stay updated on emerging blockchain technologies and trends, researching new blockchain platforms and tools to improve company offerings.
- Optimization & Maintenance: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in blockchain applications and ensure the smooth operation of deployed solutions.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone sharp, adaptable, and passionate — not necessarily someone with a piece of paper.
Required:
- Passion for blockchain, cryptocurrency, and digital innovation.
- Proficiency in blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, Polkadot, Solana, or similar.
- Strong understanding of blockchain security principles and best practices to ensure decentralized applications are secure.
- Proactive attitude and ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of token standards such as ERC-20, ERC-721 (NFTs), and ERC-1155.

- Base salary: $190,000

Advancement opportunities are for in-house candidates only. Relocating to meet these standards is encouraged, and all travel related expenses will be covered. In-house and Remote candidates are required to attend the annual Bitcoin Conference with the company. Hotel is provided of no charge and a $150 per-diem is provided during this trip.
Pay: $190,000.00 per year
