**Job Overview:**

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in our dealership's success by delivering exceptional customer experiences and selling Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram vehicles. Your ability to build rapport, identify customer needs, and provide tailored solutions will be key to your success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.

- Listen to customers' needs and preferences to recommend appropriate vehicles.

- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features.

- Provide accurate and detailed information about vehicle specifications, pricing, and financing options.

- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Follow up with potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.

- Maintain a thorough understanding of current automotive market trends, models, and competitor offerings.

- Cultivate and maintain positive customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.

- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for vehicle sales transactions.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong customer service orientation.

- Self-motivated with a competitive spirit.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

- Must be able to work EVERY Saturday from 8am to 6pm and 4 days during the work week.
