Job Summary:
Goldstar, Inc., a reputable General Contractor specializing in commercial civil construction projects, is seeking dedicated Construction Laborers to join our dynamic team. As a Construction Laborer, you will primarily be involved in constructing EV Charging stations and data centers. Duties:
- Assist in various construction tasks on-site under the guidance of experienced professionals.
- Operate and maintain construction tools and equipment.
- Follow instructions accurately and efficiently to contribute to project completion.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are executed effectively.
- Uphold safety standards and regulations at all times.
Skills:
- Possess a basic understanding of construction principles.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Prior experience in construction or related fields is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plus.
Requirements:
- Own transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Previous experience in civil construction or similar hands-on roles.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA.
Experience:
Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is beneficial. A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn are essential qualities for this role.

Benefits:
- Overtime at X1.5 on hours over 40 hours per week. Expect 60 hours a week unless otherwise requested by employee.
