Duties
- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently.
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas as needed.
- Support food preparation tasks such as basic chopping or ingredient setup under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste properly.
- Ensure all food handling and sanitation standards are adhered to according to health regulations.
- Support catering events or banquet setups by providing necessary dishware and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy service times.
Skills
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hotel environments is preferred but not mandatory.
