Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of dispensary operations, including staffing, training, and development of employees.
- Oversee inventory management, including purchasing, stocking, and inventory control to ensure product availability.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
- Ensure compliance with all local and state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products.
- Manage payroll processes and maintain accurate bookkeeping records.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and team management practices.
- Conduct employee orientation, training sessions, and performance evaluations to promote professional growth.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions while ensuring accurate cash handling procedures are followed.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or dispensary operations is preferred.
