A day in the life as a Winter Seasonal Server:

Start your day with breathtaking mountain views as you head to the restaurant. As a Server, you'll provide exceptional customer service, manage multiple tables, and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks. During breaks, take advantage of ski-in, ski-out access and hit the slopes. After your shift, unwind with fellow employees who share your passion for the outdoors.

What it takes to be Successful as a Winter Seasonal Server:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

The Minimum Requirements to be Considered:

• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

What you'll need to learn in the first 90 days to excel at this job:

• Customer service protocols and dining room operations
• Menu knowledge and food safety standards
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Safety and sanitation standards

Work Schedule & Location:

• Flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays
