A serving job with ordinary views? Not this one.
Goldminer's Daughter Lodge, located at the base of Alta Ski Area, is hiring a Winter Seasonal Dining Room Server for the 2026–27 season, from mid-November through mid-April.
You will earn $15.00/hour tips, average 35–40 hours per week, and spend the winter in one of Utah's most spectacular mountain settings. Ski-in, Ski-out access pass!
You will bring the energy to the dining room, make guests feel genuinely welcome, and help create the kind of lodge experience people remember long after the last run of the day.
What You Will Do:
You will manage multiple tables, know the menu inside and out, make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations, and keep service moving smoothly in a busy dining room.
It takes focus, timing, and a positive attitude - especially when the lodge is full and the snow is falling.

What You Bring:
• Serving or comparable hospitality experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and guest-service instincts.
• The ability to stay organized, upbeat, and attentive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, work weekends/holidays, and maintain U.S. work authorization.
