What You'll Do
As a Residential HVAC Sales Representative, you'll meet directly with homeowners to understand their comfort needs and recommend customized HVAC solutions that fit their home and budget.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting in-home sales consultations with pre-qualified customers
- Evaluating existing HVAC systems and homeowner needs
- Presenting solutions and providing accurate proposals
- Guiding customers through the purchasing decision process
- Overcoming objections and helping customers make informed choices
- Following up on proposals and existing opportunities
- Building long-term customer relationships
- Ensuring a seamless experience from sale through installation

What We're Looking For
- 5 years of successful sales experience
- In-home sales experience required

- Comfortable using technology and sales tools
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle check
