About Goldmark Cleaning
Goldmark Cleaning is a local residential cleaning company serving Cinnaminson, Moorestown, Mount Laurel, Cherry Hill, Haddonfield, Voorhees, Medford and Delran. We’re looking for experienced independent house cleaners to partner with.
How it works
We find the customers and handle quoting, scheduling, reminders, payments and any complaints. You just clean.
- Earn a fixed 65% of the work price on every job, paid every Friday by direct deposit
- You choose the days and hours you’re available, and we fill them with homes near you
- No paying for leads, no quoting, no chasing payments
- Keep your own clients, since you run your own business
What you’ll do
- Standard, deep and move-in/move-out cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
- Follow the job details for each home
- Communicate professionally with customers on site
What you need
- Experience cleaning homes, with references or reviews
- A reliable car and your own cleaning supplies
- General liability insurance in your name (we’ll help you get set up; no LLC needed)
- Comfortable working as an independent contractor (W-9 / 1099)
