Job Description
- Design and implement strategic and analytical tools for projecting and explaining firmwide liquidity by leveraging Tableau or other data visuals
- Partner with Engineering to create automation and workflows to increase efficiency and sustainability, which involves working with large datasets
- Project and explain drivers of key internal and external liquidity metrics with the goal of:
- Informing the business planning process
- Allowing Treasury to optimally deploy excess liquidity
- Understand and project drivers of firm liquidity both short term and long term
- Empower various stakeholders to more efficiently manage and be accountable for their impact on firm liquidity
- Create presentations related to funding and balance sheet for discussion with the Board of Directors, senior management, and regulators
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 0-3 years of experience
- Strong analytical, problem solving and quantitative skills, including experience dealing with large sets of data (structured or unstructured)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau
- Self-motivated team player with the ability to adapt in a dynamic and changing organization
- Commercial focus, ready to take ownership and accountability, organizational/prioritization skills, proactive, ability to multitask
- Hands-on experience with one or more mainstream programming languages (Python, Java, C, Scala, C , etc.).
