🎯 Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Support
- Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for the Managing Partners and
- Maintain organized digital and physical files, records, and company documentation
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, briefings, and internal communications
- Assist with data entry, tracking, and maintaining accurate cross-company databases
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and project updates across all Goldman Ruiz businesses
HR & Recruiting Support
- Support recruitment efforts by posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
- Assist with new hire onboarding documentation and company-wide recordkeeping
- Help coordinate training schedules and maintain updated training and policy materials
Operations Coordination
- Facilitate communication between business leaders, management teams, and external partners
- Assist with vendor coordination, purchasing, invoicing, and contract organization
- Track deadlines, follow up on open tasks, and help ensure project accountability across entities
Employee & Culture Support
- Provide frontline support for staff seeking administrative help across business units
- Assist with planning company-wide events, recognition programs, and internal initiatives
- Promote a professional, organized, and inclusive culture across all Goldman Ruiz operations
🧠 Qualifications
- 1–3 years of administrative or operations support experience
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and modern office software
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
