Goldman & Associates is seeking a qualified Family Law Attorney for a full-time hybrid position based in Troy, MI, with occasional work-from-home flexibility. The attorney will handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, custody disputes, child and spousal support, and prenuptial agreements. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, preparing legal documents, representing clients at hearings and depositions, managing case files, and collaborating with a team to develop effective legal strategies. The role also requires maintaining clear and professional communication with clients and opposing counsel while advocating for clients’ best interests.
- Expertise in Family Law and a strong understanding of legal issues in areas like divorce, custody, and support.
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing legal Motions, including ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Experience conducting Depositions and representing clients in hearings and court proceedings.
- Strong legal research, negotiation, and litigation skills.
- Active license to practice law in the State of Michigan.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with attention to detail and organizational ability.
