ABOUT GOLDLINE
We are a trusted commercial plumbing company in the greater Pittsburgh area. We specialize in midsize renovation and ground-up projects, as well as performing service work for commercial buildings and institutions. Some recent and typical projects include interior renovations (Howard Hanna HQ, Walmart), Interior fit outs (Two Frays Brewery, Planet Fitness, Bealls) and ground up construction (Citizens Bank, Chick fil A). Our recurring institutional clients include Carnegie Mellon University and local property managers, which regularly utilize Goldline Plumbing for a variety of service repairs and diagnosing problems.

YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a skilled commercial plumbing foreman that can handle the wide variety of technical problem solving that we regularly face from the range of projects listed above. At Goldline, one job is never the same as the last, and our expertise helps us hit all of the curveballs. You will be expected to do the same.
As a Foreman, you’ll manage job sites, lead apprentices, and work directly with company leadership. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that projects run smoothly—on time, on budget, and up to Goldline’s standards. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead field operations on midsize commercial jobs:
- Independently layout new plumbing systems based on construction documents, including ground up and renovation work.
- Perform all rough-ins, trim, excavation coordination, etc. while providing guidance for crew members.
- Diagnose issues with existing plumbing systems and confidently provide solutions.
- Job site coordination:
- Clear communication with the Clients, GCs, and Goldline Team to manage schedules, materials and all job operations
- Maintaining a safe job site at all times, to all industry standards
- Coordinate necessary inspections and permitting.
REQUIREMENTS
- Active PA Journeyman License (Master license a plus)
- 7 years of field experience, including supervisory or lead role
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to manage small crews and work alongside them
