Leasing Consultant (Full-time):
The position will be responsible for providing exceptional sales/service to prospects and current residents. This is a fast-paced opportunity, offering an excellent opportunity for career growth. The ideal candidate will be high energy, outgoing, customer service oriented, and have a strong ability to sell. The position is a full-time employee status with an hourly wage and benefits.
Primary Responsibilities
(Others may be assigned to meet the business needs)
- Giving tours of our premier community to prospective residents
- Working closely with prospects from initial inquiry to lease signing
- Assist with all activities related to apartment home rentals (move-ins and lease renewals) as it relates to prospective and current residents
- Answer email and phone inquiries
- Some data entry and filing
- Availability and willingness to work occasional weekends is essential in this role
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
