Key Responsibilities
- Administering oaths and affirmations.
- Taking acknowledgments of deeds and other instruments.
- Certifying copies of documents.
- Travel to clients location for notary.
- Print documents when necessary.
- Maintaining accurate records of all notarial acts.
- Ensuring compliance with all state and federal notary laws.
- Current and valid Notary Public commission for Missouri.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Notary Public.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong ethical standards and integrity.
- Proficient in basic computer applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
