You will act as the bridge between our brand and retail partners, helping drive product visibility, education, and sell-through.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned cannabis retail stores on a regular schedule
- Ensure products are fresh, properly rotated (FIFO), and compliant with CRA regulations
- Check product dates and remove any outdated or non-compliant inventory.
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays in accordance with brand and provincial guidelines
- Restock shelves and support inventory management when necessary.
- Build strong relationships with budtenders and store managers
- Educate retail staff on product features, benefits, and brand positioning
- Gather feedback on product performance, customer preferences, and market trends
- Represent the brand professionally and in compliance with all cannabis marketing regulations
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a brand ambassador, merchandising, retail, or cannabis-related role in the Cannabis Industry
- Strong understanding of cannabis products and retail environment
- Knowledge of local/provincial cannabis regulations (CRA)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between retail locations.
- This role covers West Michigan.
- Must meet all legal requirements to work in the cannabis industry.
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Previous experience in cannabis sales or brand representation
- Existing relationships within the retail cannabis community
- Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver's license.
