What you'll do

• Treat homes and businesses for bugs and rodents, and actually find the source of the problem — not just spray and leave.
• Walk customers through what you're doing and how to prevent it next time. We'd rather over-explain than leave anyone guessing.
• Use safe, approved products, including organic options.
• Keep clean records of your visits and follow-ups.
• Maintain your tools and flag anything that needs fixing.
• Follow every safety rule — yours and the customer's.

What we're looking for

• Someone dependable who shows up on time and takes it personally when a problem comes back.
• Good with people — clear, polite, and genuinely helpful.
• Self-motivated; you don't need someone standing over you.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and handle crawling, climbing, and bending.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Pest control license is a plus — but if you've got the work ethic, we'll handle the rest.
• Termite or wildlife experience is a big plus — not required, but it'll get our attention.
