Responsibilities: The Assistant General Manager will oversee the implementation of the Emergency Action Plan (EAP) and all safety procedures for the school. They will also be responsible for direct and control daily operations, providing sales and marketing training to staff, and staying on track with quarterly and annual enrollment goals. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work the same scheduled days every week.
Requirements: A strong understanding of aquatic operations, customer service, and sales and marketing principles is required. The candidate must also be able to swim and pass a basic swim test (50 yards) to earn their lifeguard CPR & AED certification.
