Primary Responsibilities:
- Teach swimmers water safety and technique in accordance to our proprietary curriculum
- Provide positive reinforcement to swimmers
- Communicate to parents on swimmers progress
Job Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to work with children
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High energy
- Strong work ethic
- Must pass background examinations prior to training
