Summary: Main point of contact for multi-unit Goldfish Swim School locations. Oversees the operational development within the schools. Liaison between the management team and the owners. Ensures brand compliance and operation efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications or equivalent is required. Two years previous customer service and/or administrative office experience preferred. Three years of management experience required. Previous Goldfish Swim School management or equivalent preferred. High level computer skills required using; Word, Excel, and other software systems.
Certifications and Licenses: Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid and AED certifications preferred. Lifeguard Instructor certification preferred.
Work Environment: While performing this job, the employee is exposed to heat and humidity occasionally. Noise level is usually moderate.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plays the role of an advisory council between managers and owners.
- Strategizes and executes development plans for organizational growth.
- Defines and clarifies the organizational structures for the schools.
- Assists management team with task prioritization.
- Integrates individual school business plans and strategies to increase revenue and maximize profit.
- Forecasts changes in enrollment and staffing to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Develops operational budgets based on year over year trends of key performance indicators.
- Presents suggestions from the management team to the owners to gain approval when needed.
- Evaluate management to create and execute development plans, ensure engagement is maintained at all levels, and coach as needed
- Works closely with the Marketing team in order to determine goals and strengthen the sales and marketing efforts in each school.
- Works with the executive team to determine compensation changes and validate additions for the organizational structure.
- Resolves high level customer satisfaction issues or employee related complaints.
- Oversees all billing and reporting discrepancies.
- Oversees training and development of departments within the schools to ensure operational efficiency and adherence with brand standards.
- Directs and controls the organization of marketing activities, policies, and plans.
- Brand ambassador for schools.

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
