- Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment goals
- Building relationships with current and prospective members through phone calls, follow-up communication, and in-person interactions
- Delivering exceptional customer service while answering questions and resolving concerns
- Processing registrations, scheduling lessons, and supporting front desk operations, maintaining accurate records and assisting with administrative responsibilities
- Coordinating birthday parties and in-school special events
- Creating a welcoming, clean, and organized environment for members and guests
- Supporting a positive team culture and contribute to the overall Goldfish experience
- All team members receive Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid, and AED certification
- Schedule will include at least one weekday evening (until 8:30pm) and one weekend (Saturday/Sunday) shift per workweek
- The work environment contains a warm, humid pool environment with moderate noise levels
