WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Our Payment Services Specialists eagerly assist members and prospective members by offering VISA products and services as well as servicing accounts on our rewards program.
Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information
- 5025 Adams Avenue, South Ogden, Utah 84403
- Typical hours of operations are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Part-time, 25 hours per week
- $20.25 per hour Bonus Incentive
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships.
- Increase VISA product sales and usage.
- Assist members and employees (branching and departments) in payment services department needs including clerical duties.
- Follow up with members to ensure they receive their rewards.
- Provide consistent member follow-up.
- Comply with all regulations as required by law.
- Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.
Experience, Education & Certification
- High School Diploma
- Prior credit union experience preferred.
Salary : $20
