Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed 4-40 Insurance Agent with experience in auto insurance sales or a strong background in sales to join our team. The ideal candidate is results-driven, bilingual, and passionate about helping customers find the right coverage.
Responsibilities
- Sell and service personal auto insurance policies and other lines of coverage
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up on leads and generate new business through referrals
- Provide accurate quotes and guide clients through the purchase process
- Meet monthly production goals
- Maintain compliance with Florida Department of Financial Services regulations
Requirements
- Active Florida 4-40 Insurance License (required)
- Bilingual – English and Spanish (required)
- Experience in auto insurance sales (preferred)
- OR demonstrated experience in sales (retail, dealership, financial services, etc.)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and CRM tools
