GoldenTrust Insurance, Inc. is seeking a motivated and licensed Insurance Agent to join our growing Florida team. The ideal candidate will help clients select the right auto, home, health, life, and commercial insurance coverage to meet their individual needs. You will work with our trusted carrier partners, educate clients on policy options, and build long-term relationships through transparent and customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage email correspondence, calls, and scheduling for internal teams and clients.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and digital records using Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Assist with document processing, policy updates, and client information management.
  • Coordinate virtual meetings, take meeting minutes, and track action items.
  • Support onboarding of new franchise agents by organizing materials and updating systems.
  • Handle confidential information in compliance with company data protection policies.
  • Provide general administrative support to management and other departments as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar remote support role is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a virtual environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer with updated software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
