What You’ll Do

• Establish a constructive and collaborative work environment.
• Onboard, Lead, support, and develop a team of Behavioral Health Professionals with a hands-on approach.
• Run supervision.
• File maintenance.
• Create and maintain cases.
• Coordinate with families, schools, and community partners to develop an ITP.
• Complete CSRs.
• Oversee staff evaluations and annual reviews
• Provide substitute coverage if needed and appropriate.
• Enforce company policies.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities to meet organizational goals.
• Work direct care hours with you own client. (BHP training modules, CPR/First Aid and Bloodborne Pathogens Certifications will be provided if not already obtained.)

What We’re Looking For (required)

• Must have a bachelor's degree in human services or a related field and at least 2 years of related experience.
• Must have a registered and insured vehicle with a valid inspection sticker.
• Must pass background checks.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing trainings.
• Openness and ability to take on diverse tasks and pivot as needed in a dynamic startup setting.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Adaptive mindset with a passion for shaping agency culture and services.

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
