HHA / CNA Job Responsibilities
As a Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting our residents with their daily needs and helping them enjoy a safe, comfortable, and fulfilling lifestyle.
Responsibilities may include:
- Providing compassionate personal care and daily living assistance
- Supporting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Assisting with mobility and maintaining resident safety
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping residents maintain independence and dignity
- Assisting with resident errands and activities as needed
- Observing and communicating changes in residents' condition
- Working as part of a caring and supportive senior care team
HHA / CNA Qualifications
Experience is valued, but we're willing to train the right person!
- HHA, CNA, caregiver, personal care, or senior care experience is a plus
- Long-term care or assisted living experience preferred, but not required
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient approach to senior care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Paid training provided
Flexible HHA / CNA Shifts
We offer flexible scheduling with typical shifts including:
- Overnight: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
- Day: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Evening: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
Team members typically rotate every other weekend and every other holiday.
