We are seeking a talented and motivated Video Production Specialist to join our startup team. This is a unique opportunity for a young professional passionate about cinematic storytelling and video content creation who is eager to grow alongside a fast-moving company. You will be responsible for filming and editing compelling reels, marketing content, and AI-enhanced videos that showcase our clients’ brands and stories.
Key Responsibilities:- Shoot cinematic video content for marketing reels, social media, and client campaigns
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos aligned with brand messaging
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to bring concepts to life
- Utilize or learn AI video tools and software to enhance video production
- Occasionally travel to client sites (primarily near Naples, FL) for on-location shoots
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment
- Proven experience filming and editing high-quality video content (portfolio submission highly encouraged)
- Strong understanding of cinematic techniques, lighting, and composition
- Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
- Experience or openness to working with AI-powered video tools is a strong plus
- Flexible and adaptable to startup culture with a willingness to learn and grow
- Located near or willing to travel to Naples, FL for occasional client visits
