National Multifamily Sales Manager (Cabinetry & Millwork)
Location: United States (National Coverage)
GoldenHome Cabinets is expanding its U.S. multifamily division and is seeking an experienced National Multifamily Sales Director to lead business development across the United States.
This is not a retail sales role. We are looking for a senior-level professional with deep industry knowledge, established relationships, and a proven track record in large-scale multifamily cabinet projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead national business development for multifamily and large residential developments
- Build and manage relationships with developers, builders, GCs, and procurement teams
- Identify and secure large-scale project opportunities (200 units preferred)
- Coordinate closely with international supply chain and U.S.-based manufacturing operations
- Drive structured bidding, contract negotiation, and long-term account development
- 8 years of experience in multifamily cabinetry or millwork projects
- Strong network within U.S. multifamily developers and general contractors
- Proven success in securing and delivering large-scale unit projects
- Understanding of international trade logistics, import structures, and domestic manufacturing
- Experience working with both overseas production and U.S. factory operations preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with national-level growth ambition
- Strong global manufacturing backing (publicly listed parent company)
- Established U.S. operational base in Texas
