Key Responsibilities
Technical Support: Provide first-line support for computer systems, software, and hardware issues to employees, resolving technical problems in a timely manner.
System Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance, updating, and troubleshooting of IT systems, including servers, networks, and workstations.
Software Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and update software applications on employee computers and company systems as needed.
Network Support: Help maintain the company’s network infrastructure, including wired and wireless networks, ensuring consistent and secure connectivity.
Data Management: Support the IT team in managing data backup and recovery processes, ensuring data integrity and security.
User Training: Assist in training employees on new software, systems, and IT procedures to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical issues, solutions, and IT assets, contributing to the development of IT policies and procedures.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Mandarin is required.
Education: A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
