Life Enrichment Specialist – $20/hr | Golden Years ADHC
Location: Grayson, KY 41143
Pay: $20 per hour
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

About The Role
This participant lives independently and brings an amazing sense of humor and joyful energy every day. As a paraplegic, he needs hands-on assistance with transfers, daily personal care, and keeping the space clean and organized. The ideal caregiver will appreciate the participant lighthearted personality while maintaining professionalism, patience, and strength in daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with transfers and provide support for mobility and positioning
Help with bathing, personal hygiene, and other daily care needs
Prepare meals and assist with basic cooking and housekeeping tasks
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the living space
Offer friendly and engaging social interaction throughout each shift
Qualifications
Female caregiver required by client preference
Experience Supporting Individuals With Paralysis Or Mobility Limitations Preferred
Comfort and skill in using lifts or assisting with safe transfers
Reliable transportation and strong communication skills
Ability to pass extensive background check (this includes the child abuse registry and sex offender registry)
Compassionate, respectful, and motivated by helping others live independently
