Resident Assistant

• Assisting clients with daily living activities, including personal care and hygiene and med administration.
• Providing emotional support and companionship.
• Supporting clients in achieving their goals and promoting independence.
• Ensuring a safe and clean environment.
• Communicating effectively with clients, families, and team members.

To excel in this role, you should bring the following:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or caregiving capacity.
• Reliability: Dependability is key to providing consistent and quality care.
• Compassion: A caring and empathetic attitude towards others.
• Strong Communication Skills: The ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to the needs of the individuals you support.
